I don't have a clue, mainly because I don't have Vista, and probably never will. But I'm curious, is this on all feeds, and does your audio work with other programs? And have you tried different programs with the Twinhan card?
There is a thread about "content protection" over on satforums. I wonder if this could be related to that? But whatever the cause, I guess the question is why would you switch to Vista on a computer you're using for satellite? Every new OS ends up making the computer run slower.
