Actually, Sat Control R&D sent me an email with directions on how to remove the 6° offset for LNB2. Or I could just manually set up the channels that use LNB2 (for circular polarization). Either way I have my answer. Thanks.

There is a way to remove that 6 degrees auto rotation when port 2 is used. Search in the forums here. we have discussed this before.
