I finally got around to installing my
Moteck SG2100 motor.
Have angle and declination set, RG6 cable to Motor, Fortec Dish,
LNB, and connected to a Lifetime receiver. No switch attached.
I can't seem to get the receiver to move the motor. I can press
the button on the motor to get it to move East and West. But
how do you get the receiver to move it?
I'm trying to set it up on AMC 5, 79.0W, and I have the box
checked. My settings are:
LNB type: Universal 1
LNB Local/Freq: 9750/10600
22kHz: ---
DiSEqC: Off
LNB Power: On
0/12v: 0 volt
Positioner Setting: 1.2 & USALS (I tried both)
Satellite Scan: FTA
This saves. But when I go to scan AMC 5 it finds nothing
and the dish doesn't move from its South position. How do
I get the receiver to move the SG2100?

Wait a minute...I just got a screen asking for my Lat, Long,
etc. Maybe I can get it if I can get the motor back to 0.
