I am a repeat customer.My last order was a
Mercury II receiver.
I returned this receiver because it would not download liniar TP's via the QPH LNb and a 4way disqc switch.It was returned to me with the note it was working(it works without the switch).Yesterday I called
customer service to talk about my problem. The person I talked to(I didn't get the name) was very ruud,he even hung up on me.He would not listen to my side of the story.Today I received an Email from him telling me that my 30days were up and he could no longer help me(I received the Mercury II on 1/3/2007 and it was returned within a few days.They took two weeks to get it back to me.)I seriously doubt I will be buying anymore products from
Sadoun,and I plan on buying more equipment.
