I know this sounds stupid but line of sight ??

Not sure but is there not something blocking the beam looking at the shadows there might be a building / trees close by ??

Ps> my Fortec Univ. single lnb on a 2' cable to receiver gets 50% to 62% level on nss806 and 50% on others ? , Dish / other parts has to still arive. Maybe the lnb is not getting enough power from the receiver or loosing it somewhere ??
