Hi there!DishNetwork,DirecTV,Globecast receivers are private label receivers.They are DVB compatible, but is not possible /legally/to be used for anything else,than the private networks,that are designed for.DishNetwork used Nagra,but the CAMs and cards are made for them and work together with theirs receivers, also made for them/right card+right receiver+unlocking code from their satellites=private networks/Everything is numbered/coded/,all possible channels with strongest signal from only few satellites/let's tell the truth/well designed and work fine.But are not well designed for people, that like the freedom and choice of hunting for new signals from the skies.All of these private receivers are like radio with buttons for fixed stations-
