Hi all,
I have a quick question about pursuing a repair on my motor:
I'm simply trying to find out who to send the unit to; I have a Digipower
SG2100 motor; worked fine for about 2 months, but now needs repair and/or replacement.
I searched for a Digipower home site or contact info; cannot find one .. must be one, I just could not get it.
I went ahead and filled out an online RMA form with
Sadoun, but actually that's really only for "within 30 day return" situations ... after 30 days equipment must go to the manufacturer - makes sense, but I am unable to continue until I get a place to send it.
I did get one response over on Satelliteguys forum that pointed me to a place for parts ... that might even be an option, though if I open the unit, I am sure I will void the warrantee.
I'd like to shovel the whole thing intact off to a repair place before I do that.
Ouch! What timing! I'm gonna miss whatever NFL game is being shown on Fox this weekend! ... oh well, time to drop in on the neighbors, I guess.
