On the wall I have one cable outlet. Should I add another outlet on the wall for the satellite cable? Can I add the satellite signal to my local cable and internet provider without interference and loss of signal and use the one existing wall outlet? If so, how and what equipment do I need.

By the way, all the wires come in from the garage and the wiring of the house goes through the attic, so access is not a problem.

I would run a seperate cable for the satelite.
