The Bureau processed a total of 6 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total of 6 complaints closed in 36 months, 3 were closed in the last year."
This was taken from the online BBB report for
Sadoun Satellite Sales. Note the first paragraph. Specifically the first sentence. Now we move to the second paragraph. 6 complaints in 3yrs, that is an average of 1 complaint every 6 months. If we apply my 2% rule he would be doing 50 transactions per 6 month period or 8.3 a month.
I kinda doubt he could survive on 8.3 transactions per month so it would be my guess his complaint rate is far below 2%. I mean really far below, perhaps more like .01%. That would be something to be very proud of. The unsatisfactory rating is due to a failure to respond to the BBB. It is not required any business cooperate with the BBB.
So in conclusion to my speech

The original poster who I quoted as I opened here definitely made an attempt to paint a picture in one direction. As to "burying", your post is here. On a site paid for by Jamal Sadoun. Does not look buried or hidden to me.
