Quang,
The diseqc 2x1 switch will not help you to make 2 receivers working independently.
Here is what you can do:
1. Upgrade the lnbf on both dishes to dual
2. Buy one more Diseqc 2x1 or 4x1 for the second receiver.
3. First receiver hooked up to the
diseqc switch which connected to both dishes.
4. Second receiver hooked up to the seconde diseqc switch which connected to both dish.
Setting up that way, both receiver will work independently.
Good luck

I have an DMT1000 receiver, two dishes, and a DiSEqC 2-way multi-switch that I bought about some four years back. I've been using only one dish pointing to TelStar5.
I've recently moved to a new home and I would like to hook up the TV in the master bedroom besides the one in the living room. That means I will need another receiver. I also want to use the second dish looking at another bird in the sky. With the help of the DiSeqC 2-way multi-switch and a splitter to share the output with both receivers, will I be able to use both receivers and dishes indepently? Will I loose quality or signal if both receivers are using the same dish at the same time?
Please advise.
