I live in Houston, Texas. I seem to be having problems with
IA5 TP (11966-H 22000). Other transponders from IA5 are coming in OK, but 11966 comes intermittently. I am especially interested in watching Russia Today. The signal from 11966 has become very weak over the last few days.
I have a 36" dish with a
mercury II receiver. I would hate to realign the dish unnecessarily. Please give any suggestions. Thank you.
