In my previous post, when I say 'forcefully add a channel to the list' I mean a channel getting added to the list regardless of whether or not a channel signal is present. The only way I have found to force-add a channel to the list on the Fortec 786v3 is by using the computer interface.
However, the 786v3 will add a channel to the list if the PID is manually entered with the remote and if the channel signal is present.
