Yes, it will do just that. Basically, you need only one of the TPs stored in the receiver. If that TP has the NIT data for the other TPs, the receiver will store that data and then scan those additional TPs.

This was very useful in the past when BLIND SCAN was not yet available on receivers. We have Network (NIT) search feature in Fortec receivers for the past 5 years. It was one of the first brands to have that feature on the market. I used to use it a lot in the past when I wanted to check for new TPs.
