I am totally in favor of your switch to DHL from Fedex Home.

Of all the items I've bought from you, Fedex Home has NEVER delivered them to the designated ship to address I have specified.
Luckily, the person that accepts and signs for the packages knows me, and eventually gets them to me.
These are shipped to my business address, we get packages everyday from all the various carriers with no issues.
It's only Sadoun, and Fedex Home - that has been the problem.

Might I also suggest USPS for small items, value less that $100? There's no need to send a plastic part Fedex or DHL for $11 when it could go for less than half that using the postal service.
