Im a new customer with Direct Tv,when I ordered directtv service I got the
HD package and international channel.Installer came and for some reason he doesnt have the order for International channel (The Filipino Channel),in short he doesnt have the 95dish with him.He hooked up the
hd receiver and three extra regular receivers which worked fine.3 days after they hooked up my International Channel,internationa channel works fine on my regular receivers but not on my hd receiver.Installer said it was the receiver so Directtv send me another receiver but still no luck.I tried the hd receiver from diferent rooms where the regular receivers are located but still getting failure on the 95. When I do repeat satellite setup Sat 95 fails and error message says "YOUR DISH TYPE IS SET TO 5LNB MULTI-SAT,BUT RECEIVER DETECTED FOUR SATELLITES. I have the 5lnb dish and the 95 Sat hooked up with a 6X8 multisat. Do you think I need a powered multisat?Please I need some help
