A dual feed lnbf should do the trick for watching and recording at the same time on different channels. Same sat though. Motorized should work fine. Can not say as to rodeos. The only ones I remember seeing were on one of the
Spanish language channels. I would go with a 90cm dish. Receiver and lnbf is up to you. Bigger the dish the better the reception in concept.
