Lnb Tilt (Skew): -63.32°

The only issue is that I have a Winegard 76cm and it needs to be changed, I mean the Up side to Down side, this in order to get that elevation angle of 8.6°.

Anyway I think any motor could get signal from Hispasat 30°W and for Dish 148°W.

Thanks for your comments!
Of course the numbers you show above are for a fixed dish, not a motorized dish. Even though these little dish motors are called H-H, I don't think that they will actually reach the horizons (although I've never tried to push mine. because I can't see any of my horizons). People here have posted that some of these little motors won't get anywhere near the horizon in fact. I think the maximum rotation angle of the motor you're looking at, is about 62 degrees, and "I THINK" that will only get you down to about 22 degrees above the horizon.
If you really want to receive that sat, I'd think your best bet would be with a larger fixed dish. Receiving a satellite less than 10 degrees off the horizon is difficult. No sense making it more difficult by trying to make a motorized system go further than it's designed to go.
