My guess that those numbers refer to F/D. (and they probably mean to have a decimal point in front of them) A feed doesn't really care about the focal length, as long as it is sitting at the proper length, but the F/D is important with respect to properly illuminating the dish, and is something that you typically adjust on the feed, by moving the position of the rings with respect to the throat.
