Is it maybe the weight of the Invacom LNBF on the arm? There is a long distance between the LNBF & the bracket bolts-maybe the arm sags from the weight just enough to cause 5 deg. deviation. I noticed Rainman and myself have the heavy Invacoms. If that is the problem-a solution would be a spacer @ bottom of dish (between dish & lnbf arm);a bolt/slant cut piece of pvc pipe. Just tying to help.

the lnb is not the problem mine is off by 5 degrees even with the fortec lnbf i got. like Bill i think it's the universal bracket that comes with the u bolt mount.
