Assuming that you're talking about a compass heading, I think you have that backward. Your magnetic north is 13 degrees west of true north, so true north is 13 degrees on a compass, and south is 193 degrees on a compass.

There was another thread, which mentioned subtracting the 13 degrees from 180, but that was with respect to the "true" bearing to magnetic south.
