I remember reading review of this receiver by
Sadoun.
In that review he told that tuner on
Globecast receiver is poor, this is why quality shows low. Also there is no blind scan and filly functional motor control on these receivers. I recently got one on eBay, and I can confirm all that said is true. I am able to receive all the channels even with that receiver, and I beleive, you can receive them too, just need to get better dish alignment, and better LNB may help (like
KUL2 with 0.4 low noise figure). Bigger dish may help too
