My Lat and Longs are 18.40653 and -66.09046. I bought a Fortec Star FC06-180CM with Dish Pro LNB. Then I tried a universal LNB. There are no other connections between the LNB and the receiver Vip 211.
From My location I have pointed to the Azm 165 and tilt 65 and I get a signal but not 61.5. I had a professional
installer point to 119 and 110 locations as well and also got no signal so he assumed it was the dish FC06-180CM.
Is he right?
