I won't speak for
Sadoun but generally most satellite retailers do not include
remote controls under warranty; simply because nine times out of ten the remote has been physically damaged -- dog buried it in the yard, kids spilled Coke on it, rabbit chewed it up (seriously :roll: ) and a host of other misfortunes.
