I need some help bad please

36" FC90U Fortec Star 90cm Offset satellite dish

• Satcontrol SM3D22 Heavy Duty DiSEqC 1.2 and USALS compliant
• My zip is 08723
• 40.040817 n 74.12686 w
• ok i need help. as i can see , I set the motor on the mast to 40.0 n and set the antenna to
  Satcontrol SM3D22 = (46.5 minus declination angle)
  
  which i believe to be -6.26 i think should be 40.25.so I set the motor angle to 40.0 and then set the antenna to 40.25. is this correct or am i toatally lost. My location should be this rounded off I think also.40.0 N 74.0 W can anyone help me Thanks alot
