Yeah, I guess for C-band there shouldn't be any problems. I guess right now, the only sat that's a problem is AMC1 but that's only the KU side. I used to read posts from people who claimed that the polarity from sats close to the horizon got shifted a bit, but I think I'm using the same polarity setting on all my C-band sats across the ARC, so I guess you're right that fine adjustment isn't really necessary.
