I'm not familiar with that model but most SatCruisers allow manual satellite and transponder configuration; look for something in the "Satellite Edit" menu and manually add
Telstar 5. Then go to lyngsat (linky below) and add the transponder parameters (Frequency, polarity (HOR or VER) and Symbol Rate).
