Wow! I'm really sorry you two (so far) have had such bad experiences. My experience was spectacular! My shipment arrived way faster than I ever expected, all of my parts were new and pristine, and there has not been a moments trouble with my equipment except for a couple of problems I caused myself during the installation. But, a quick post here got me right on the arc with no further problems!
