I hooked it all back up, reaimed, and ....nothing.... Nothing at all... tried to aim manually (without rotor), and nothing.. not even a singal jumping to 12 or 13.....

While I was playing, I plugged the coax into the receiver with the receiver on (I know, stupid).... So I figured I might have killed the LNB, .. I ordered and received a new one today from Sadoun, and again Nothing.....

Could the receiver be bad or could it be something else. Coax or could it be the dish???????

STUMPED and ready to quit.. (of course, not really)
I doubt that you hurt anything plugging the coax in while the receiver was on, unless it was shorted. I've changed coaxes many hundreds of times without a problem. Certainly wouldn't hurt the LNB. Only thing you'd hurt would be the receiver. If you have a voltmeter, check the connection where you connect the coax. If you see voltage, you're probably OK.
It's probably just that you aren't aimed right, or perhaps the feeds you saw before aren't there anymore or something. Keep trying.
