The metal satellite mount is on a chimney. I used a buble level to make sure it is vertical. Then I connected my HH Motor. Then I connected the satellite dish's mount to the motor. Then I connected the dish to the mount. I also connected the LNB which came with a L shaped arm to the satellite mount which is connected to the HH Motor.
The motor is at 0 (this is the dial on where the motor moves).

No. There is a scale on the motor that should be set to match your latitude.

On dishmount, latitude to 41.9 (or 42). As I understand, I'm supposed to set the dish latitude at its location.
HH Motor 100 deviation 23.5. Not sure why this is necessary.
Azimuth deviation 180 + 3 = 183. Where does this get physically set? Is it the same as Motor deviation? confused here... not so clear to me.

Your dish should be at 23.5 and the motor at 41.9. 183 is where you look (point the dish) when the motor is at 0. From there you make your settings in the receiver for your USALS and tell the receiver to drive to the sat located at 87. You now slowly rotate the assembly on the mast east to west to locate peak signal. Now slowly adjust dish elevation (not motor) to peak signal. Tighten things up and try your arc to see if you have more sats. Your lnbf should have the coax connector pointed down when motor is at 0.
