If your dish tracks the arc correctly, the DBS lnbf mounted next the linear ku lnbf should get all the circular channels (DishNetwork/BellVu) as well.
You can use either a 0/22 khz or Diseqc switch to switch between these 2 lnbfs.
DVB FTA receiver receives both both linear and circular. For circular, you have to set the LO at 11250.
