To other users, I would like to add a couple of extra notes to what DTSEXPERT and AAR5AC have mentioned above:
1- When you mount the dish on your motor shaft, make sure the shaft is at 0 reference position. Also make sure that the dish is aligned perfcetly with the center line of the motor shaft and the mast.

to adjust for true south, make sure NOT to use the dish reflector for that. You could damage or bend the dish that way. Instead, move the whole assembly by holding and moving the motor as you can see in the following picture:
