Ok let's start over. Mast needs to be plumb. To receive G10R you need to be using one of the L ports of that lnbf. If you do not have one of the little squeeler sat finders buy one from
Sadoun. They are inexpensive. Now with USALS tell the receiver to go to G10R. If you have USALS set up properly and it is your south sat the motor should not move far. Now very slowly rotate the assembly on the mast east to west for peak signal. Once found raise/lower dish elevation to achieve peak signal.
You must be on an active transponder to do this. There is no reason to look for anything else until you find true south properly. I assume you are using the correct switches requird for that lnbf.
