well i realigned the pol vertically but same problem cant find tel star5 what is the best procedure to use when using the Diseqc 1 or 3. OK let me explain exactly what im doing maybe someone can tell me what im doing wrong.First i have my motor at zero position then im trying to find amc5,i go to diseqc 1.3 hit USALS it takes me to the approx location,if signal is still red i change it back to Diseqc 1.2 and move it east and west till it turns GREEN then store it. OK now im still at amc5 i go to the menu,channel search,change from amc5 to telstar5,bar is red,i go to positioner set it on disecq 1.3 then hit USALS it moves the dish to new location Telstar5 ok still in red. what i do now is change positioner back to Diseqc 1.2 and move it east to west no luck still in red. what mistakes am i making?
