does the HH come with a bracket that bolts to the dish ,then bolts to the motor with u bolts, then the motor bolts to the mast with u bolts ?? How is this activated ? Once its set up pointing south do I need a remote or switch of somekind to activate it ?
The HH comes with U bolts to attach to the mast. It doesn't come with U bolts for your dish. Your dish must have U bolts to attach to the HH motor.

Motech HH motor does not support USALS. For what you want to do, I would highly recommend the STAB HH100 motor instead. A higher quality motor with USALS capabilities. With USALS, all you have to do is position your dish/motor assembly to true South, then use your USALS compatible receiver to position the dish. In the receiver you will need to enter your location's longitude and latitude. The receiver will send a signal to the motor to find the satellite automatically on its own.

See installation guidelines http://sadoun.com/Sat/Installation/H...stallation.htm

The motor is activated by the digital receiver using the receiver's remote. The motor gets its power through the same coaxial cable that goes to the LNBF.
