You can try 2 things:
1) Reset to factory defaults - found on the SYSTEM SETUP &
INSTALLATION menu
2) Perform a memory dump: from the DIAGNOSTICS screen use the remote buttons as follows:

quickly press INFO , arrow right , arrow left one after the other
-press TV/VIDEO to dump the memory
