the term "true south" is typically used when setting up a motor.

If you are setting up a fixed dish, they yes your number is OK for 215.4 on a good compass for setting the postion of the dish.

You'll wan to "skew" the lnb a bit, to about what the picture looks like on the sadoun calculation page

make it look like the "positive" skew value, should be turned about that much, too.

It will help to have small tv at the dish, be tuned to an active transponder on IA5 to find the signal. Move dish in very small movements. Be patient, it is a very small spot where the signal will suddenly pop up.
