The Lifetime doesn't have blind scan, but the Lifetime Ultra does. But with either you can do a transponder scan if you have the transponder in the list. If that transponder isn't in the list, there is an Edit satellite/transponder menu item which will allow you to add a "new" transponder. Enter the data above for
IA5, then you can go back to the TP scan item, choose that transponder and do a FTA scan.
