1. "Cheap way" : use the sat meter, but the problem is that you don't know where the dish aims at even the meter indicates locked signal.
2. "classic way": use receiver and small TV to tune the dish.
3 "easy but expensive" : use sat indetification meter (Birdog or Channel master), portible device, no receiver or TV required.
