Just as test.. - if 11966 H 22000, doesn't work for you.. - try maybe 11966 H 21991 .. and see if it's any better...
(i think i recall, on one of my receivers - 22000 didn't work (not when i tried anyhow) .. but i got it to work with 21991
On the other one - i recall - both 22000 and 21991 value - both worked no problem..
So just try maybe 21991 .. and see if it will help.. (can't hurt anyhow)

I try every thing like your wrote above with 5 difference Receiver.
PS 2500.3500,VSpl. Vs xtrem and Sonicview at 4 of my friends houses.No luck at all.All 4 dish at 4 difference places all got NO Signal.
