My advice is to borrow an STB just for dish/motor tuneup, beleive me with
Twinhan, and especially with it's software, I could not lock on any satellite, so the same with cheap SF-95 (that one I purchased with battery pack, so had no trouble with voltage at least, but did not help anyway, these cheap
signal meters are good only for Echo sats)
