As I stated previously what you want to do will probably not work. I believe you are seeing the fruits of your labors. I would verify you have the cable from the motor and receiver connected properly. Should be lnb in on the receiver. I would try replacing the cable. You are using RG6 or better cable correct? There is an old saying about beating a dead horse.
