Hello All, I just purchased the following:
- A Fortec Star 90CM/36" Dish
- Digipower SG2100 motor
- Invacom QPH-031
After getting everything setup I couldn't get my receiver to move the dish when I tried to move it with the button on the motor the motor would not move and just made a load grinding noice.
I assume it's a defective motor and have requested an RMA number - anyone else have any other thoughts?
Also after having read some of the posts here it appears that I should really upgrade to a
SM3D22 Satcontrol Motor Does anyone know if that is possible? or who I would contact to find out?
