A 76 cm dish should be sufficient. KUIL is no problem; it's one of the stronger signals on the Ku band. KASA and KRQE are no-gos...both are on C-band and both are encrypted.

There are other local stations to watch, particularly on Galaxy10R; some are tough to pull in, others (like KTWO-ABC Casper WY) are quite strong. With UPN going away (some stations become CW, some "My Network", others RTN, still others just plain independents, it will be interesting to see what the choices will be like.
