Went back to Nimiq2 (my southern most satellite) and I had to make a small adjustment on it and a few more at the higher elevation.
Bottom line, is that after I am beginng to feel I am very close to being on the arc since I now have AMC5 (79W) through G10(123W) all coming in with a 60% quality or better. Actually 60% is the lowest and most run in the high 70's and low 80's. Don't remember which ones, but a few came in showing upper 90's.

With your location you should easily be able to get down as far as 30 (Hispasat) on the east. Once you have a good trac from 30 to 123 you will have a great arc

Sounds as though you have a pretty good lock on the arc now.
