Please give me some input as far as signal quality and weather issue. Note that I'm using the latest Directv dish (oval shaped) with 2 LNB. Thanks in advance!
I'm confused re "Sat 95". What is that? I'm not aware of any DBS sat at 95 deg. Where I am, I get 101,110, and 119, and I know there are some other DTV sats up there, but not at 95. What is sat 95? Just curious.

Re question though, as Rainman said, alignment probably off. You should be up in the 80s or 90s. Rain itself shouldn't matter, but a big thunderhead 5 or 10 miles south of you will knock out reception. I often get rain outages before it rains, and by the time the rain gets here my reception comes back.
