Switched from C band to Ku band? I am not familiar with your receiver but I have never seen a C band indicator or a Ku indicator. Can you specify what you mean here? Mine has a IA5 C and a IA5K for sat entries is that what you are referring to?

If so I would guess your lnb settings that you made in the IA5C are probably correct for IA5K and incorrect for IA5C. So in other words you may have IA%c the sat entry setup with a Ku lnbf setting of some sort and the wrong settings for lnbf in the IA5K entry.

The receiver does not switch C Ku per say. It runs from what the lnbf settings are.
