I wouldn't know an Iranian channel from a Chinese channel, so I have no idea of what is really available on that sat, even though I've scanned in dozens of channels. But if you only got 11 channels on the whole satellite, something is wrong.
When you said that you "scan the satellite", what do you mean, are you doing the satellite scan, a power scan or a transponder scan or what? Assuming, from your using the word satellite that you did do a satellite scan, then for you to scan in a channels, the active transponders on that sat have to already be in the transponder list on your receiver, whereas, if you do a power scan, it will find the transponders then scan them for channels. You might just try the power scan and see what you get.
Or, look at Lyngsat and find the specific channels you are looking for, and go do a transponder scan on just those transponders, assuming that they are in your receiver's memory, and if they aren't in there already, you can edit the transponder list to put them in.
However, relative to the question about exactly what is there, I suggest that you get into the new finds section of this forum. There is a guy there who does a nearly daily inventory of all the channels on that satellite, and he has a web page where he lists all the channels. You'd probably find more accurate info there than on Lyngsat, because the channels on that sat are changing all the time.
