It seems like the only option left is to use the built-in signal meter of the receiver to tune the dish.
Some suggestion:
1. Get a long power cord so that you can place the receiver/TV close to the dish.
2. Get A/V wireless transmitter and a pocket TV or a small one which uses battery, so you can place the receiver in side of the house.
Don't forget to set the skew correctly.

I think that TPs which R pre-set in the receiver R active (at least 15 from the 20).
BTW I'm using SF 95 for finding the signal,however it is not showing any indication (I complained to Sadoun and they sent me an other one, both R giving Zero indication!!!).
What do U propose for me to use, because I'm taking so long time in installation. Mostly BirDog is the best but unaffordable to me-at least for the time being-.
Any idea will be highly appreciated.
