EDIT/// It is not the price of the 120cm at Sadoun's that is out of line price wise. His is right in there with everyone else and even if a little higher his customer service would more than make up for it. Seems to be the 120cm dish itself. \\\\EDIT

I'm curious about where you found the cheap 150cm dishes? And in particular, I'm interested in what they charge for shipping? {I assume this would be an acceptable topic if Sadoun doesn't sell 150s ??? But if not, just the shipping charge would be of interest, without the source. } The main reason I've stayed away from the bigger dishes at Sadoun is that shipping is prohibitive. The shipping charges seem to rival those you'd expect for a 10' dish (albeit one that comes in pieces). I'm pretty sure that I paid less for home delivery of my 10' Orbitron with Ajax H-H {read HEAVY and BULKY) 10 years ago, than it would cost me for the 120s at Sadoun, even though that dish came from 3000 miles away, coast to coast by truck. I almost came to the conclusion that if I got such a dish, I'd be better off driving a few hundred miles to a dealer rather than having one shipped.
However relative to dishes in the 4-10' range, from the looking I've done, there seems to be a great difference depending on whether the item can be shipped by Fedex/UPS, vs whether it has to be shipped by truck or train. This also leads into the solid vs mesh/sectional/panel argument for the bigger dishes to some extent, but even relates to solid vs solid for the smaller dishes, as I've seen 3' or 1M dishes of one brand that ship Fedex while the Fortec dishes of the same size requirred truck shipping, and the only reason I can think of for this is the boxes they put the things in... ie if Fortec had done a little research into perhaps putting the stuff in a smaller box, it might have made their product easier to ship and therefore sell.
I'm not quite sure what's up with shipping costs now-adays. I guess it's fuel costs.
But I'm interested in a fixed single sat dish of that size, so I'm not concerned with moving it, although if needed, I have a couple spare actuators. But would sure like to avoid high shipping charges. So I'm curious whether any of the places you've found these medium sized dish have affordable shipping costs.
