If you get good quality, you should get the channels.
Fortect lnbf is Universal, therefore the LO must be set as:
Low 9750, High 10600
Since you use h-h mount, did you follow
Sadoun instruction for setting it up. Besides the T5, what sats you can get lock?
Where are you located? What sat is your truesouth?

I am useing a standard fortec lifetime reciever, fortec dish and fortec LNB. I am looking for telestar 5 from Nebraska. I have good quality and Level but can not scan any channels. I was wondering if anyone has similar problem and how I can fix it.
